En el disco Madness Unleashed, publicado en 2015, del grupo alemán de thrash metal Antipeewee, fundado en 2006 y formado por Philipp "PeeWee" Schnepka, Alexander Schott, Coralie Baier, Johannes Scheugenpflug y Thomas "Jackson" Mayer, cuya web podéis consultar en este enlace, incluyeron una canción titulada Rise of Cthulhu, claramente influenciada por la literatura de Lovecraft. Esta banda, de hecho, se inspira en Lovecraft para muchos de sus temas, como demuestra el tercer y último disco hasta el momento de los alemanes, titulado Infected by Evil y publicado en 2018, del que escribí en esta entrada. La letra de la mencionada canción, de 4 minutos y 12 segundos de duración, dice así:
